So for the week of orientation they allowed us to pick one cultural event to go to... the choices were an ice hockey match, a few different operas, the philharmonic, a jazz show, or this acrobatic theatrical performance.
Naturally we chose the acrobatic one... we had no idea what to expect, but turns out it was very good! Vyborne!
It was an acrobatic show depicting pub life in the Czech Republic. We couldn't understand anything that was said, so it was a bit hard to follow the plot, but it didn't matter because the show was fantastic! The music was so fun and we thought he was singing in Czech the whole time, but we found out later he was just singing gibberish.
Here's the trailer for the show:
We thoroughly enjoyed it!
Today is sports day- we're not quite sure what that means, but we hear there is rollerblading involved!!!
We're headed to that 5 story club, Karlovy Lazne, tonight...
Ahoj!
